Terms & Conditions in Addition to Those By Specific Travel Suppliers

1. **Booking Confirmation**: All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed-upon deposit.

2. **Price Changes**: Prices quoted are subject to change without notice until full payment or deposit is received and booking is confirmed.

3. **Travel Documents**: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents required for their destination.  Foerster Travel nor Teachers to Travelers will be responsible for customers being denied entry to any facility/country and no refunds will be issued in such an event.

4. **Health and Insurance**: Travelers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, and loss of personal belongings.

5. **Itinerary Changes**: The travel agency reserves the right to modify itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, and activities, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations.

6. **Cancellation by Traveler**: 

   - Cancellations policies differ from supplier to supplier and Foerster Travel and Teachers to Travelers will enforce those policies.  In the event that either Foerster Travel or Teachers to Travelers provide extra booking incentives (i.e.- gift cards, onboard/in-room credit, etc.), those items recieved pre-trip will be returned to the company and forfeited.  In the event the traveler transfers the booking to another agency, then any booking incentive provided by Foerster Travel or Teachers to Travelers will be forfeited/returned.

7. **Cancellation by Travel Agency or Travel Supplier**: In the event that the travel agency cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.  Agency and Suppliers reserve the right to offer trip credit or alternate days in substitution of cash refund.

8. **Liability**: The travel agency shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, including but not limited to death, personal injury, illness, accidents, delays, or inconvenience.

9. **Force Majeure**: The travel agency shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance arising out of causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

10. **Governing Law**: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States of America.

**Cancellation Policy:**

- Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to jerrod@foerstertravel.com.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.  Some suppliers will process the refund within 30 days, but it may take up to 60 days for buyers to see the credit on their bank account.

- No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour, accommodation, or other services once the trip has commenced.
